Dr. Bhakti Batavia is an accomplished academician with over 10 years of teaching experience in the fields of Business, Management, and Accountancy. She holds a Ph.D. in Commerce & Management and has extensive expertise in Business Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, E-Commerce, Business Ethics, Cost Accounting, and Management Accounting.
She has dedicated her academic career to providing outcome-based education using creative teaching strategies, ICT-enabled learning, and student-centered approaches. She has actively participated in projects to improve institutional quality, student mentorship, academic administration, curriculum creation, and accreditation procedures.
Her research interests include consumer behavior, quick commerce, digital business models, employability skills, marketing, and business management. She has published several research papers in UGC CARE-listed and peer-reviewed journals and has authored multiple ISBN books in the areas of commerce and management.
Dr. Bhakti has played an active role in institutional development by serving on the Board of Studies, IQAC, Placement Cell, Examination Committee, Commerce Association, and various academic committees.
